Product Description Inspired by the hit Disney/Pixar movie, CARS, this giant 24" Mack Truck talking vehicle unfolds into three movie adventure sets! Use the three-position car launcher to send the Lightning McQueen vehicle flying into the fun action features in each play area. Lightning McQueen, Doc Hudson, and Bessie vehicles included. Requires 3 "AAA" batteries, included.
Amazon.com Product Description Lightening, Mack, and Doc are ready for action! This "wheelie" big playset was inspired by the hit Disney/Pixar movie, CARS. The main attraction is Mack, the giant 24-inch long hauler that can be played with as a semi-trailer all by itself. But if you're looking for racing fun, then pop Mack's trailer open to reveal three play sets conveniently stored inside. The first of these is a very bumpy ride indeed. While is it's torn up condition, Lightning and Doc Hudson can pretend to be doing off-road stunts for the movies. When the duo is ready for a smoother pavement, they can enlist the help of Bessie to restore the road to its previous glory.
24-inch-long Mack offers plenty of fun on his own. |
Open Mack up to find three road play options. |
Lightning McQueen is one of the included vehicles. | And when that happens, what smoother asphalt can be found than at the racetrack? Speed over to the oval track for tight turns, multiple laps, and race to determine which car has the stamina to make it to the finish line. Plenty can play at this track, and with all the fun of going round in circles no one will even be paying attention to who's winning. After the excitement of the racetrack, take a leisurely drive down the highway. The scenic route has cactus plants, desert views, and a slight incline for speeding up or slowing down. Once you've cooled down from a thoroughly enjoyable cruise on the highway, top off the gas tank because more fun is in store. Head back to Mack's center where a "launcher" is waiting to send you off on an adventure. The launcher sends off your car on its own chosen path, and this random act is sure to delight even the adults who are along for the ride. The Pitcrew Performance Playset comes with big Mack, a Lightning McQueen vehicle, a Doc Hudson vehicle, and a Bessie vehicle. The set requires three AAA batteries, which are included.

can not recommend February 6, 2010 mamatino (atlanta) I bought this truck for my grandson age 4 for Christmas because he was asking for it. I know the rcommended age was for 7+. However neither his mother or father were unable to open and close this truck. It is bulky and cheaply made despite its way to high price of $94. My grandson was frustrated and asked why Santa would make a toy like that. It now sits in his bedroom gathering dust.
My kid love's it October 9, 2009 M. C. Reynoso (Ags, Mexico) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's a full playground for my kid with a collection of 20 or so Disney Pixar Cars vehicles. Everything packs in trailer and unpacks very easly. It is the best Mack character I've seen around.
Don't believe the hype August 4, 2009 P. Welsh (PA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Bought this toy for 2 boys. They didn't care for the small track and soon lost most of the flimsy parts. The pieces don't connect well or stay connected long.
In my opinion, I would have been better off just buying more die-cast cars and would not buy this toy again and would not recommend you do either.
do not waste your time & money April 6, 2009 wasabi (Norwood, MA United States) bought it for my son almost 1.5 yrs ago.. played with it for 1 hr... just wasting space in the toy closet.. most of the little pieces are gone....
HUGE Dissapointment! December 16, 2008 GGCANDYCANE 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my 6 yr old son who LOVES CARS. The toy is extremely hard to keep together and put away. It breaks easily. The only 2 good things is Bessie and Mac the Truck, his trailer is horrible and is now in the trash where it belongs! I don't believe much thought was put in to the durability of this toy. To be played with it must be opened but the opening mechanism does not work as an expensive toy should. I strongly do not recommend this toy get the smaller mac truck it is a much better toy.

Tiki Time! Check Out Idolz
Remember when Greg Brady found that Tiki idol? Their whole Hawaiian vacation was cursed! CURSED! Well, hopefully Idolz won't have the same effect on your Hawaiian vacation.
Idolz are collectible, posable figures that stack to make a sort of action-figure totem pole. You can even wear them around your neck like Greg did! They are funny and sort of quirky with names like, "Gruntor" and "Zebo." G...
Educational Toys: Tangle Toys
For some reason Tangle Toys (compare prices) are intriguing. They just beg you to pick them up and fidget with them. That's why the Original Tangle has spawned a long line of toys with varying colors, textures, sizes and shapes.
Tangle Toys are fun for fidgety adults but I think their real calling is helping kids with special needs. Twisting, turning and curving the Tangle in their hands makes...
Zipfy Freestyle Mini Luge - More Snow, Please!
We've had a ton of snow this winter, and until my Zipfy Freestyle Mini Luge arrived I never would've wished for more. Now I'm checking the 10-day forecast and hoping for the white stuff! The Zipfy is a high-tech, fast-moving, maneuverable sled that comes in 1o snazzy colors.
I test and try every product I review, so there won't be a comprehensive toy review until I get to ride the Zipfy on t...
It's National Grammar Day, March 4th (Or march forth!)
In honor of National Grammar Day, March 4th, I'm outing myself as a grammar freak. I was raised by two teachers, I started learning AP style (the writing rules journalists follow) in high school and I majored in journalism in college. I've been writing and editing professionally for more than 15 years and I do my best to ensure that my writing is free of grammatical errors. Though I'm far from ...
Toy Preview: Chicco's New "1 Two 3 Playhouse"
I saw about a million new toys at Toy Fair, but only a few really stood out as innovative and fresh ideas. Chicco's 1 Two 3 Playhouse is definitely special. (That's pronounced "KEY-co"...it's Italian!)
It's a kid-sized clothing rack with cute little cloud-shaped hooks. The playhouse toy hangs from the rack, flush against the wall until playtime. Then it easily comes out and invites kids in w...
