Working grappler arm unloads each of the included bins into the truck body, where screw extruders move the contents to the back. Trucks feature tread tires, folding mirrors, a lift gate that opens and locks in place and a body that tilts up to dump the contents. Dim: 20.9"L x 7.5. Our son has loved this truck. He uses small Lego bricks as garbage, and they pass through the auger into the truck's box with no problem. The arm extends from the truck's side and grabs the garbage can. The can is dragged over to the very side of the truck, then lifted and tilted over the opening. The lifting mechanism is very cleverly designed so that no 'garbage' will fall from the can until the lifting knob is slightly over-rotated, thereby opening the garbage can lid. Sounds complex, but it is well built, and has lasted us a year so far. The Bruder line is very tough, and the plastic is almost indestructible.
