We Love Webkinz! September 28, 2008 D. Hoffman (jerseyshore) Not only huggably soft and lovable, but comes with a code to enter the wonderful online world of Webkinz and create a pet; play fun and educational games to earn points to feed and stylishly clothe and accessorize your beloved pet, as well as furnish its cozy, ultramodern home. Too many and diverse games to grow bored anytime soon!
My kids love all the webkinz! July 21, 2008 Lynn Benson (Hell, UT USA) I don't think there is much of a difference from one Webkinz to the other. The stuffed animal is decent quality. And the online pet and experience you get is so fun. My kids from age 4 through 10 play every day. There are games and quizzes that can be educational. We've gotten other kids hooked, too -- it's such fun for kids.
Nice customer sevice January 31, 2008 Pamela Jo Rowen The company was good when I inquired about the delivery. They were prompt in responding.
Webkinz cat January 18, 2008 L. yarbrough (St. Louis, MO USA) This toy is wonderful for younger children. The online Webkinz World has many educational games that encourages kids to learn math, use problem solving skills, and improve memory. And best of all, it's fun, so your kids will love to play with it. I would recommend this product to any parent with a preschool-3rd grader, however the older kids might not appreciate it as much : )
So close and yet so far... January 8, 2008 Mhrdegroot (Roy, UT United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
In my household, this would make webkins animal number 5 and webkins computer support failure number 2. The plush toys themselves are adorable and seem durable enough in all cases so 5 stars there I guess. However, one doesn't just purchase the toy but also an online account wherein one "plays" with the virtual pet. While my wife entered the activation code, the webkins server had a glitch and didn't activate the account. However, when we tried again, it apparently had recorded that the code had already been used. Therefore, the virtual pet cannot be "created" and we now have an overpriced stuffed animal. Webkins has terrible customer support and are totally non-responsive despite appearing to have a customer support link on their site. As I said earlier, this is the second time that the fickle webkins site and rules have burned us. So if 3 out of 5 ain't bad in your world...go for it. For the 3 that do work, the webkins world and games are fun and pretty educational (hence wanting more).
