My daughter bought this item with her own money. After she's earned time on the computer, she spends ALL of it on WEBKINZ. WE are very happy with the website, its safety aspects, as well as its educational programs. When she's not on Webkinz, she carries her toy around with her, everywhere. She's 9!

I have two other Webkinz, both cats, but this one is my favorite. The stuffed animal has the best leopard face, wide and big, so cute. I was happy with how it was shipped and it was in perfect condition. Also this specific Webkinz is a reasonable price unlike some other ones out there.

For those of you who aren't familiar with Webkinz,here's a description
You purchase a stuffed animal and look on the inside of the tag for a secret code which you enter on the website, www.webkinz.com
Upon doing this, your stuffed toy "comes to life" as they put it.Your webkinz is a virtual pet that you can play with,feed,and bathe. You start out with one room, but you can get more rooms if you purchase more pets.(but thats a long story)You can play arcade games to earn Kinz cash, the currency on Webkinz that you use to purchase furniture and food.
Now that you know what Webkinz is, let me tell you about my ratings.
It's 4/5 for fun, because while the computer part is fun, your stuffed toy is a waste because you don't care about it, just the computer.
For educational value, i gave it a 3/5 because it does kind of teach kids to care for pets, it also means the kids are glued to the PC for hours at a time, which isn't good because they could be outside excersisng and enjoying the day.
The toy is 5/5 for durability.Except in my case, where my dog steals it and rips the fluff out of it. :p
Overall it's a pretty good toy with a few minor disappointments here and there.
I would recommend this toy kids 7 and up, but that dpends on how comfortable you are with your child chatting to other people.
I forgot to mention that in webkinz world you can have a friends list and invite them to your room or challenge them to a game and send them pre-written letters. You can also chat with them, but only using innocent pre-written messages such as "you're room is so cool!" and "follow me!"
This is called Kinz chat, and it's very safe, but boring for older kids who use the website.
The bad part is Webkinz has introduced something called the clubhouse. Theres two clubhouses- Kinz chat and Kinz chat plus, which is the one you can type actual messages.(You can only enter that one if your parents ok it)

I bought this for my child who loves webskinz and really wanted a leopard or jaguar. He loves it and it is a good quality toy, but it is not the softest toy. The long hair is a little rough (but so is my child - they are a good match...).

We love Webkinz but due to their increased popularity all of our local stores are out of the newer ones. It's great to be able to go online and purchase. The Leopard that arrived was brand new, with the tag attached, and in excellent condition. I would definately buy from this seller again!
