5 out of 5 stars So easy an 18 month old can use it!   December 2, 2008

My son received this for his 4th birthday and loves it. But to my surprise my 18 month old began using it almost as well as his brother! It's simple to load, press the plate and the ball rises and attaches to the velcro tether. He does it all by himself! I'm beginning to think some of the negative reviews are due to poor quality control and shipping defective product. The ball loads quickly, every time. The balls stick well even after it has been used outside a few times (yes we use it inside often.)
Only Con - it should come with more balls.
I recommend it BUT if it doesn't work perfectly as some people have seen, exchange it for a new one!

3 out of 5 stars fun but a little frustrating   October 24, 2008

My child has lots of fun with this toy but the black arm flips off when he hits it about every five times. We ended up duct taping the arm to the base and that helps out alot. Seems like they need to fix that problem. But he loves playing with it.

1 out of 5 stars extremely disappointing with no customer support   October 10, 2008

My daughter was so excited about this product and we got it for her 5th birthday. First the ball would not come loose from the velcro, then it completely broke. I tried everything to get a replacement part - no help at all from the company's website and basically told 'too bad' when I called. What a disappointing toy and a waste of money! It was my daughter's big gift and we couldn't get our money back, a replacement part, and so her bday was a big disappointment. Very sad!

5 out of 5 stars My son's favorite toy ever   September 24, 2008

This has been my 3 year old son's favorite toy. It is great fun and it is adjustable to different heights. We have had to order some replacement balls because we lost a few but they were easy to find. We even got another one just like it for my nephew for his birthday and they love it too. We have not had any issues with is not working properly like others have stated in their reviews.

4 out of 5 stars Fun   August 27, 2008

The kid that I gave this to loves it. Although it is kinda flimsy. The thing that holds the ball will sometimes come off. And they really should provide more than 3 balls with this.
