Perhaps better than the Nitfinder November 3, 2008

This gun's spring surpasses the Nitefinder's, the chosen sidearm of many seasoned nerfers. The only limitation is that it's over priced. But if you can afford it, pop this spring in your Nitefinder and boom, you got a 40 ft shooting pistol. Overall, a very powerful pistol.

My 7 year old son and husband enjoyed the Nerf-n-Strike very much. It provided hours of fun for them. I bought the extra gun and expansion pack so that they could play together.

This is a great toy for the whole family. My only caution would be that some adult supervision is needed for younger children just to make sure all the small nerf darts don't get lost. I bought this for Christmas and my family has had a great time playing with this indoors. I have a small house with only 8 ft ceilings and there were no problems with damage to lamps etc. Just watch where the darts go so you can find them if they fall behind furniture etc.

We purchased this expansion pack along with the Nerf-N-Strike Disk Shot for our 10 year old for Christmas. I would definately recommend the expansion pack because it allows another person to play along at the same time. It also allows you to play longer before having to stop and search for your 'missing' darts (behind the furniture, in the potato salad, stuck to the pictures on the wall....)
Not Just for Kids January 1, 2008

Our family bought this for our 6 year old and we have all enjoyed it. Our friends, who already have teenagers, came over one afternoon and found themselves engaged in "skeet" shooting. I think this product was worth it, just make sure to include the expansion set so everyone can have a chance or you will be waiting in line for a try.
