5 out of 5 stars different colored skates   June 9, 2008
Dianna L. Harding (Dayton, OH)
My 5 year old daughter wanted skates just like her big sister's for her birthday. It was a last minute request so I put a rush order through Amazon. The party was great and the only thing she wanted to do was put on her new skates. As soon as I cut the skate off the box she had it on her feet. I opened the box to get the other skate out and we found a red and dark blue skate inside. Talk about feeling horrible. I had to tell my little one to take it off because we had to send it back. After searching a gazillion Wal Mart's, we found barbie skates(with a matching one inside the box). You can say we are very dissapointed in Amazon.

4 out of 5 stars Good first skate   November 16, 2007

Works just like the product says. My daughter begged for roller skates for her 3rd birthday and this is what we bought. She has a pretty tough time with them, even on the beginner setting (as I expected that she would) but I am sure as she gets a little older she will get more use out of them.

This is a great learning tool for kids to learn to skate. If you have a bad back it kills you trying to hold the kid up while they learn to skate, but otherwise a great learning tool. Very sturdy and love the levels that they give for beginners to already knowing how to skate. A little hard to get the feet in and out but I give it 4 stars.

3 out of 5 stars Nice but clunky   July 9, 2006
Jacqueline Blinkinsop (Spangdahlem, Germany)
These were nice rollerblades for my daughter to use. She was really excited about the Barbie theme. She was also able to go places that she wanted to go without me having to worry about her ending face down on the floor.
I didn't like the fact that they were clunky though. But considering their purpose, I am not surprised.

5 out of 5 stars My Daughter Loves Them   June 5, 2006

When I brought these home my daughter jumped for joy. This skates are great, they're durable and the adjustable length to accomodated growing kids is great. I also like the way you can flip a switch on the skates to prevent them from rolling backwards, a definte saftey feature that comes in handy. These skates are a great buy at a great price
