Just got it and my daughter loves it. Not sure about durability because I just got it, but it seems to be high quality.

5 out of 5 stars We LOVE this sleeping bag   February 6, 2008

Don't let the higher price tag chase you away. We looked at close to 20 sleeping bags before we finally purchased this for our 4 year old. It is super durable, our little one curls up in it at least once a day and loves to drag it throughout the house. It is also very warm and soft - no smelly funny scratchy fabrics that the cheaper bags all seem to have. And when I say soft I mean really soft - the inside is a durable cotton and the pillow and outer matterial are covered in a plush like fabric. The princess doll is also a perk -she's an adorable instant playmate complete with removable dress.

I gave this sleeping bag to my nieces (ages 5 and 2) and the older one had to immediately pull it out and try to sleep in it. Given that it was Christmas, I took this as a major compliment! They loved that the doll was removable and could sleep with them. I would recommend this for any little ones who love being princesses.

Just got this sleeping bag for my daughter. It's so cute! The attached pillow is a nice size, and the plush fabric is excellent. It's very soft, very comfy, and machine washable. It comes with an adorable doll that sleeps at the bottom of the sleeping bag. Well worth the money!!
