Cheap, thin plastic!! June 21, 2005 V. Gerry (MA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
It ripped on the first day that we had it! The plastic is so thin that when it does tear, it rips down the whole side of the pool. We've had inflatable's before and never had a ripping issue like this. Two tears in the pool in less than one full week. Its a shame because its a very cute pool and seemed to be just what I was looking for with two children under 4...plenty of space but not too deep. I guess its back to the rigid plastic pool for us!
Peace of mind waterpark June 20, 2005 maxmom (kansas city, missouri) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My husband and I were not comfortable taking our 2 year old son to a waterpark but wanted him to experience the same fun but under our watchful eye. This pool gave him just that. There are so many activities there was never one dull moment. I would caution that if you leave the water flowing from the hippo the pool will fill up quickly but the remedy to that is to open the outlet plug for a slow release. We had so much fun watching his face as he discovered each activity. This was something I don't think we would have captured at a open waterpark. Also, the price is really good compared to the multiple park fees we would have paid on return trips to an actual water park. I paid full price but would highly recommend others take advantage of the sale price listed online, it's a steal.
This should have a recall April 29, 2005 Monica Powell (Apopka, FL) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This pool is great for little ones it has so many fun things, I used it for my daughters Birthday Party. However I was told I should warn all parents about the red pillow area surrounding the smaller pool behind the elephant. It is not fully conected and leaves spaces and my nephew got his head trapped face down between the area, it is very dangerous for anyone who takes there eyes off there child for even a minute should not get this pool.
