Editorial Review
This round, snapset pool is family-size and made from sturdy vinyl and PVC. Setup is simple: unfold the pool, pull the sidewall up from the center, cover the vinyl bottom with water and remove any wrinkles, and then finish filling. Once it's set up, the pool measures 8 feet in diameter with an 18-inch-high sidewall that is decorated in a colorful sunfish design. Filled to capacity, the pool holds 565 gallons that can be drained (or skimmed) by simply pushing in the sidewall. This is a great way to cool off on hot days or a fun alternative to lounging in the backyard. --Pam Lauer

1 out of 5 stars sun fish snapset pool   September 5, 2008
Judith A. Bogart (york south carolina)
THIS IS A TERRILE PRODUCT. HARD TO PUT UP AND LEAKED RIGHT AWAY. SIDES DO NOT STAY UP. NEVER DID USE IT. WOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK BUT COULD NOT GET IT BACK INTO THE BOX. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. WILL NEVER BUY ONE AGAIN.

4 out of 5 stars Wonderful, inexpensive pool   September 1, 2008
Aithne J (California)
This pool is great! It is absolutely incredible for the price. We have had no problems with it except the sides folded in a little bit on the top since we had put a tarp over it. It is a huge pool for the price and my girls (6 & 2) love it. It was simple for my husband and I to set up, and we haven't had any leakage at all. We had an inflatable pool before that kept getting holes in it from our cats trying to drink out of it. The cats have completely left this one alone. We have used a non-chlorine product to keep it algae-free so I don't have to keep emptying it. I can even "swim" in it with them! Perfect for hot days!

5 out of 5 stars Great Value   August 20, 2008
S. Ladner (Shreveport, Louisiana United States)
I bought this pool for use at a birthday party. It was fairly easy to set up, but I reccommend you have at least 2 people. It withstood a lot of abuse over the course of a day with 12 rowdy boys. By the end of the day it had a small leak in the bottom. However, we made no effort to take care of it at all. I'm pretty sure, the patch that came with it would have fixed it. If we had a put a tarp under it when we set it up, that may have helped to protect it a bit. For us, it didn't matter. It had served its purpose by days end, and we trashed it. Overall I am impressed that it was still standing - the kids were brutal with it.

I paid $13 for it with free shipping, so I thought it was a great value for my son's party.

4 out of 5 stars big pool   June 28, 2008

the pool is very large for the price. it is one to have up for an extended period of time because it takes a while to fill and can be tricky.
