We bought this item based on the reviews. We were pleased with the performance and the kids loved it. It was priced a bit high for the function that it performs but I would buy it again if I had the option.

This toy serves a better purpose as a sprinkler for watering the lawn. The recommended age group would be better at 3-5 yrs and even then that might be a little old. The picture for the toy does not do it justice. It makes it seem like the toy will be a lot of fun when in reality it is quite boring.

this sprinkler is awesome - my children (6 & 8) say "it rocks!"
They play in it every chance they get and always have a blast. Pair it up with water balloons or squirt guns and it's a good couple hours of fun.

This sprinkler is very cute, and it does spray like the picture. Although my kids are a bit older, they enjoyed putting it by the Splash Bomber and getting sprayed as they slid by it. Its also nice to have when smaller children are visiting. It waters the grass evenly and I didn't have a mud hole in one area as much as other sprinklers I've tried.

I heavily use others' reviews and with this toy I definitely feel I need to pay it forward. We have been through many backyard water toys and this is a keeper. The kids love it and so far it seems very sturdy. One thing - you need plenty of space to fully enjoy it. We tried to use in on the deck of a two story home and it sprays too wide for that - great for back yards.
