Do not waste your money! September 6, 2008 *'''''*Polly*Ester*'''''* (Ohio) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
My daughter got this from her aunt. I actually called my father to come over and see what I had done wrong. I figured I must have somehow screwed up because the slide wouldn't stay down once water was on the pool and the giraffe sprayer looked like it was dying from exhaustion. My 2 year old kept asking me why the giraffe was sick. :( The photos are very deceiving. The slide takes up most of the pool and does not stay down once water is in. I had to throw it away because on day 2 it had completely died.
My sister got a good laugh out of it. July 19, 2008 AC (Lafayette, LA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My sister and her family were visiting, so I bought this pool for her 7 year old twins. They were very disappointed. I was disgusted and my sister just laughed when she looked at the box and then what was blown up. Very small. Only good for toddlers but than they say not to use it for toddlers. What a waste.
Size July 8, 2008 C. Conn (Baltimore, MD) The pool is definitely smaller than what is shown. Also, if you spray the water out of the head of the giraffe, it goes everywhere and makes the giraffe's head tip at a funny angle. So I recommend not using that part. Besides it being smaller than shown, the boys really like it.
Not so bad July 1, 2008 Vivian Ho (Houston, TX USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I can see why people would be upset if they bought this pool for an older child. However, I bought this pool for my 2 year old toddler, and he's quite happy with it. It's not as big as the picture on the box claims, but still plenty of room for my little guy. My only problems are that the connection for the hose to squirt water through the giraffe's head leaks a bit, and the strings provided to the secure the ladder to the pool are too short. But other than that, I'm quite happy with this purchase.
RIP OFF!!! June 19, 2008 Jennifer G. Leyde (Washington) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
ALL BANZAI PRODUCTS ARE A PIECE OF CRAP!!! Their photos are all stretched to make you think the product is bigger than it really is! BUYER BEWARE!! Not even big enough for 2 year old!!!!! NO Returns. Stores won't let you return once open and when i tried to call customer service, they wouln't answer. I also emailed customer service and they did not respond. Learn from my mistake!
