 Terrible product, keeps collapsing July 10, 2008

This is a really terrible product. It will not stay up and stable and keeps collapsing on itself. I read the instructions to see if I was missing something and it said that some versions of this product come with a support pole and some do not. Mine didn't and the thing won't stand up. It's also nearly impossible to fold it back into the size of the box it came in.
I have fiddled and fiddled with trying (following the directions) to twist some of the wires in a certain way to try to get it to be a little more stable, to no avail.
I really wish I still had the receipt for this thing so I could return it, but unfortunately I didn't keep it, so the next destination is...the trash.

I also got this dirt cheap for under $10 at a major retailer this winter. I was shocked at how large it was, I am 5'3 and can stand up inside it. We started out playing with it in the house and since the weather has gotten nice it is know in the backyard. I do wish some type of stakes were included or able to be pruchased seperatly for outside use, cause it blows around alot. I really can't say to many things bad about this due to the price. lol

I bought this on MAJOR clearance and it was soooo worth it. IT IS HUGE!!! You wouldn't think so from the box. I have loved all my prior Playhut purchases, and this is no different - easy, easy, easy to set up. My 3 kids (5,9,11) all played together for hours in this tent!! They had a blast. My intention is for it to be played with outside, but we were having a yucky day, so it was great inside (if you have room for it). I plan to go back to the store to buy another for a gift. My only negative is that the loop inside on the roof that holds the one support pole looks like it is going to rip really easily - it looked that way out of the box - not a major issue.
