Front entrance has curtains that open and close, plus a special censor. Shock-corded plastic poles and polyester cover make for easy set-up and storage. Requires 3 "AAA" batteries, not included. Well at least this was a cheaper present versus other things she wanted. However I usually read reviews before buying stuff and on this I did not. My daughter loved playing with this when the music worked. Well that was for one day. On day 2 that stopped working unless you sat there and hit the open wires with your finger. I thought about trying to get another sound box, but it is made so cheap that another one will do the same thing. So without the music she just hangs out in it like a tent, well I have plenty of those already. It is quite large so make sure you have the space for it since you won't want to be taking it up and down. That for me is going to be a big problem so I may just return it.

I really thought this would be my daughter's favorite birthday gift, but I was wrong. My husband hated putting it together, and the music is pretty annoying. I ordered it online, and it was made clear that the velvet ropes and poles weren't included, which really sucks. It's just not as cute in person, and takes up to much room. My kids use it more as a tent, and hideout, and my kitten plays in it all the time. I would only give 20 bucks at the most for this item, it's just not that great.

Had my grand-daughter not immediately played with it I would have returned it. The construction was a bit flimsy and the sound did not always play. Also, the picture shown does not represent what you get. The runway bars and railing are not included. Without them it looks cheap and empty.
