Great playhouse for boys September 20, 2008 Lee Ann Poole (Edmond, OK) This playhouse is great for boys. Easy to assemble. A little costly on shipping, but worth the extra.
Picked a winner! January 8, 2008 B. Bishop (Mountain City, TN) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We bought this playhouse for our grandson for Christmas. We couldn't have chosen a better gift! The different activity walls keep him busy for hours at a time! It was assembled and placed in his bedroom until warmer weather when it will be moved outside. He loved it so much that he slept in it for the first 2 nights!!!
Finally! A Great Playhouse for BOYS!!! October 10, 2007 R. Oribello 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this house! We went looking around for a playhouse for my son and kept coming across adorable "PINK" playhouses everywhere we went. I found this one online and after much searching was able to get it. (we currently live in England with the USAF and had to order it from a base 4 hours away, as the places online were not able to ship it to us) It was a little tricky to put together, but not near as bad as a kitchen play set I put together several years ago. Anyway, I loved this house right away! It is very colorful and has realistic features. With all the different themed sides there are "endless" possibilities of imaginative play. The sports side is my middle son's favorite as he loves to kick the ball into the goal. My youngest son loves to play with the gas pump and he loves to crawl in and out of the tire hole on the gas station side. I like it because it is big enough for me to get into with my sons and play without being too cramped. We added play food and some tools inside to expand the boys' play. I have found it to be very durable and even held up during our major floods we had a few months back. Even the stickers were still intact after all that rain! There is so much more I would like to say, but I will let you figure out for yourself how great this house is! Thank you thank you Little Tikes for the Endless Adventures Tikes Town Playhouse! Its the best!
Cute and durable June 11, 2007 D. Stonehocker (Earlham, Ia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I ordered this playhouse for my child care and had it blow across the yard and into our fence in a widstorm. The only part that broke was a piece on the door which we decided we didn't necessarily need to replace. I would suggest popping out the plugs and putting about 2 inches of pea gravel in each of the walls to give it some weight if it's to be used outside. Great fun for children up to age 4. Tends to be too small for school age children.
Great for a little boy... May 7, 2007 R. Koenig (Arkansas, United States) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
My son LOVES this playhouse. He will play in it for hours. I did find it a little bland color-wise, so I dressed it up with acrylic paints (the kind for painting on plastic), and finished it with a coat of UV-protectant. The paint survived three days of rain just fine. I also added a wireless doorbell (about $10) and a push-light (about $3), which added another dimension of fun rather cheaply. I uploaded pictures to the gallery. All in all, I think I spent a extra $23. The plastic is sturdy and it is easy to put together (warning, this does however involve crouching inside, and I highly recommend a powered screwdriver). I also recommend using blackboard paint on the blackboard instead of the decal provided - it tends to bubble when the temp goes up. This is one of the ONLY playhouses that seems more boy-oriented, and my 22-month-old son has really enjoyed it!
