Kim October 17, 2008 Kim A. We got this toy for our 2 year old daughter for her Birthday in August. She loves it. I only gave it 4 stars, because she's still a little scared to go down it. I'm thinking it might be a little better when she's around 2 1/2. Plus she's never around other rambuctious kids, so that might be part of it too. She loves steping up the ladder and sitting on the slide. We've used it as a fort a few nights. We covered it with a sheet and used a flash light, what fun! I also wanted to note that it was super easy to put together. You do not need your man for this. You just screw 2 screws in for the two base parts with a typical phillips screwdriver. So, simple! Overall this is a great slide.
Tons of Fun! September 23, 2008 TripleD This slide is great. I am very glad i bought this slide instead of the smaller slides. I suggest even if your child is young still buy this one becasue they will outgrow the other ones way to fast. This slide will work great for years to come. I use it inside the house right in the living room, then when playtimes is over I fold it up and put it in the coat closet, which is something you cant do with some of the other toys because of their size. Oh and make sure you have a power drill ready to attach the 2 stabalizer legs, because the holes are not pre drilled.
great slide! September 1, 2008 W. Landes (UT, USA) My son LOVES this slide. He's a year and a half and very adventerous, and it's the perfect size for him. I can even see it being fun for him for a few more years, but the recommendation for the ages for this slide is up until 12 years, and that's more than a little ridiculous to me. Toddlers would have a great time on this slide, but probably not any older than that.
A lot of fun for 2 and up. August 31, 2008 D. Robinson (Southern California United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We bought the slide for our 2 year old (energetic) granddaughter and she is all over it having a great time. It is solid and stable, and if you just be sure that you place it away from rocks and other hazards so when they fall off it is a soft landing it should be great fun until they outgrow it.
Step 2 folding slide August 31, 2008 Marsha Bilger (Tiffin, OH) I bought this slide for my 2 year old grandson and he absolutely loves it! The steps are wide enough to make it easy to climb and it has high sides at the top to keep him from falling. He slides down and also uses it to race little cars. Because it folds so easily, we use it outside and in bad weather in the basement. It is well worth the price.
