I got this for my 3 year olds birthday. She absolutely loves it. She wants to stay in it all the time. (Even in the rain) It's not too big or too small. I think I may have to bring it in the house for the winter so she can play in it. Worth the price.

My kids love this house. As I was setting it up I couldn't believe how easy it was, I thought I was going to need help from all the other reviews but I found it really easy. My kids loved it once they got in it that I had to stop them from bringing their bedroom stuff from going in it cause that's where they wanted to sleep. Every time i give them a bowl of something to eat they take it outside and eat it in their house, its too cute.

I bought this for my son's 1st birthday. He really likes it now, but I'm sure when he is a little bit older he will love it even more. It was fairly easy to put together, I did it all by myself. I wished I would have ordered it here in the first place, instead of traveling all over to find one at the stores!

I think overall this product is okay. My DD is 18mos and maybe she is still too young for it. She loves playing with the phone that comes with the cottage rather than playing in the cottage itself. As far as being sturdy, the floor buckles very easily and I can see it bend when she walks on it. She is 25lbs but for the price I would expect more durability.
