4 out of 5 stars Cute, With a Few Disappointments   November 21, 2008
~Kimber~ (MA, USA)
My three year old daughter always makes a rush for mom's purse the moment I get in the door, so I decided to get her this one based on the reviews.

The purse itself is very cute, with a fuzzy pink handle. She loves the plastic lipstick, putting it on both her and mommy quite regularly. The mirror and keys are serviceable as well.

The few disappointments come when you get to the wallet and the phone...

At three, she is old enough to know that cell phones DO things and she tries to push the buttons on it. It's basically just one plastic piece so it is frustrating for her as nothing is movable on the phone. I'm not saying it needs to be electronic and beep, but it would have been nice to be able to push in the buttons.

As far as the wallet, again, it's just a plastic wallet that closes with a clasp at the top. My daughter found the pronged clasp very hard to open and I ended up having to open it for her every time.

Otherwise, it's a fun little beginner purse.

5 out of 5 stars love the variety inside   October 31, 2008

This is a wonderful toy for my future step-daughter. She absolutely loves purses and this one is perfect for a little person, very well made and lots of little surprises inside. PERFECT!

4 out of 5 stars My First Purse   September 21, 2008
J. Coffey
I purchased "My First Purse" for my 2 year old grandchild. She was delighted with the purse. She carried the purse everywhere. Now she could be just like her big sister with a purse of her very own.

I think this would be a great gift for any little girl.

5 out of 5 stars So cute!   September 9, 2008
C. Palmer (Montrose, CO USA)
I looked at every toddler purse I could find before purchasing this one. Some fabric purses seemed too much like stuffed toys, while others with more detail were made of cheap plastic. This is just right for my two-year-old, and the price was excellent!

4 out of 5 stars Not bad for a 2 yr old   September 7, 2008
Mobashar M. Sharif
I got this for my 2 yr old and she loved it! I only wished the cell phone could actually make some functional sound - its just a piece of plastic. Overall everything else was great - she loved the lipstick and everyday pretended to go to work.
