We purchased the table with the umbrella. Assembly took my husband only about 30 minutes. It is very stable for our two girls, ages 5 and 3. Both are tall for their ages and fit at the table just fine. Each side easily accomodates two children, I would say up to age 8 or so. The only small feature I noticed that would be nice is a velcro strap to hold the umbrella closed when not in use. It is easy to take the top part of the umbrella off, though. Overall nice table for the price.

I love this product. It was not hard to put together. My kids love eating at it and if it gets real messy then you can just hose it off with the hose. I will get sun fading marks but it is still very durable. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has small kids and loves to eat outside. and it is easy to store when you need to get it out of sight

The only thing is that it does not collapse as easily as it seems to - you need to unscrew nuts and bolts in order for it to collapse.....
It is super cute and perfect for small children. The bench is not as strong or sturdy as you would think, a larger child cannot sit on this bench as it would bend or break.

We bought this table for my daughter to have a central place that is hers when we go camping. It is not overly heavy for its size, I can even carry it when I need to. It doesn't fold "flat" but the compression is okay - it is enought that we can put it in back of the motorhome on the top of the bed and it travels fine.
