I got this play hut super action play zone for my 5 year old son for Christmas. I took it out of the box to try to put it together before I give it to him. Thank goodness I did. It was missing three very important parts, the supports for the sides and front. You can't play without the supports. I called Play Hut, because that is what it said to do on the box and packing slip. They won't help me. I have to pay to have it sent back to Amazon and then pay to get a new one, if I want it. I don't see why they can't just send me the three supports. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? The customer service rep I have been speaking with is not helpful at all. She said she will call back, and she doesn't. She says she will look into and she doesn't. I'm sure the toy is fun, my son's friend has one and he plays with it all the time. That is why my son asked for it. However, the only place to find it is on Amazon. Great place to shop. However, Play Hut is not very good at customer service.
