5 out of 5 stars Very good helmet for the price   August 17, 2008
Leilah R. Taylor
My boyfriend had some reservations about the brand of the helmet, but I bought it anyway. It turns out that he actually likes it. It's quite a bargain and it looks cool too.

3 out of 5 stars I agree with the other reviews   July 29, 2008

The helmet works for me, but just barely; it's a tight squeeze, and I have a fairly small head (7 1/4, if I remember rightly). The size large label seems much more likely intended for kids than men.

3 out of 5 stars Nice helmet, but small   June 25, 2008

I purchased this helmet for my husband, but when he tried it on he found it didn't fit his cabeza grande. My husband's head measurement is 23-1/2 inches. On the inside of the helmet, a sticker says that the helmet is intended to fit head sizes 22-3/4 inches to 24 inches. I believe that this is incorrect and that the helmet is actually smaller by one inch. (My husband says it almost fit his head.)

Although the actual quality of the helmet is quite good, we have arranged to return the helmet due to the sizing issue.

4 out of 5 stars Nice Product, But Not Great Sizing   June 9, 2007

This is a very high-quality helmet, especially for the low price on Amazon. However, the sizing is very imprecise, and I would suggest caution if you have a big head. I typically wear a size 7 3/4 in baseball hats, and this helmet was not big enough for me, even though it is labeled "LG/XLG".
