I bought this helmet for my daughter who is 7 because it stated it was for children up to 8. My daughter is small and this helmet still doesn't fit. It should be listed for children 4-6; not 5-8. I rated this item a 4 because of this reason alone. It is a very colorful/pretty set and would be great if it fit properly.

We were looking to move our daughter into a bigger helmet. This was just the right size and the handle bar tassels were a great bonus.
