Got exactly as described. Arrived a little slow, but all in all I am pleased. This was easy to put together and seems to be durable. My daughter is three and she went nuts when she saw the bike. Here feet do reach the pedals just fine, however she has not gotten the concept of pedaling all together right. She just kinda sits on it and pushes it with her feet. She loves the back pack on the front, and I personally like the colors on this bike. I am sure next summer she will get much more use out of this bike.
