The Bell Boomerang Kids Bike Helmet is constructed of an EPS foam liner securely affixed to a molded outer shell with a super-adhesive strip. Stretchy, yet firm material on the inside of the helmet hugs the child's head for a comfortable and secure fit. The PinchGuard buckle that secures the helmet under the chin is specifically designed to prevent kids from pinching their necks. The helmet fits fantastic on my 10 month baby's head. I love how it comes with extra foam padding, just in case the helmet is too big. The only problem is that my toddler absolutely hates this helmet! I have tried to get him to wear it, but no luck. I'm still not going to give it. He just doesn't like anything on his head.

The helmet was just what we needed! It arrived promptly and was exactly as described. It fits great, provides safety and is cute too!
