Amazon.com Product Description The original kick scooter just got a whole lot better, making it even more fun for kids and teens alike. Though it'll never replace the internal combustion engine, the Razor A3 will get your child from point A to point B much quicker than on foot alone, and requires just a few scoots of one's shoes in the process. Plus, it's a blast to use, as your progeny will likely attest. The Razor A3 is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, a sturdy material that holds up to use and abuse through the years. Razor combined the traditional aluminum construction, however, with a number of recent innovations, including a springless shock-absorbing system that makes bumpy pavement feel smoother than ever and an all-new wheelie bar that guarantees an extra dollop of fun. Add in such details as a retractable kickstand, 125 mm urethane wheels, ABEC-5 high-speed bearings, a patented rear fender brake, and a patented folding mechanism and you have a great kick scooter for virtually any situation. This version of the Razor A3, which supports up to 143 pounds, sports blue handlebars, a blue deck logo, blue wheels and is recommended for ages 6 and older. It's also backed by a six-month warranty. Great scooter! November 17, 2008 Wendy K. Smith (Raleigh, NC) I got this for my son's 7th birthday and he was so pleased. The scooter rides very well and is easy to fold up for travel. He loved the silver/black colors and it is his favorite thing to ride now. I recommend it!
Razor A3 scooter--green September 21, 2008 Terri (Crescent City, California United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got this for our son last Christmas and he loves it. The wheels are bigger than the standard A2 scooter, and so that makes you go faster, and control the scooter better. Comes fully assembled and ready to ride. Well made and loved by the neighborhood, this scooter is going to be around for quite some time!
Granny's Scooter September 19, 2008 Cynthia A. Masters Yes, Iam 69 and just love riding my little red scooter. It's easy to fold up and put back in my car and it's steady to ride on.
Peforms better than what the manufacture states September 13, 2008 Michael J. Furay (USA) It might say it only works for up 143-pound user weight capacity, but I'm here to tell you it works for 160 pound adults as well. It's primary use is by my 7 year old son. However, prior to purchasing my wife a bike I had to use this for family bike rides. Amazingly this scooter not only withstood a beating I put it through, but also was capable of speeds of fast biking on various paved terrains. Don't just buy one for you child make sure you put a quantity of 2 or more for the whole family when placing your order.
great! August 30, 2008 K. McDonough (L.A., CA) My seven year old LOVES it. It has bigger wheels and a bigger base for those big kid feet.
