5 out of 5 stars Great skateboard!   May 12, 2008

This is a great skateboard that performs as well as it looks.
With a classic longboard surfboard design, the Pakala III is
beautiful - with blue stripes on the top, and brown on the bottom.

The clear grip works great and provides tacky solid footing.
This board is made with top quality parts from the hardware and trucks
to the cool blue 65/80 wheels and wooden deck.
All of these superior design elements make the Pakala III a smooth and easy turning skateboard.

The Pakala III is also a fast skateboard that can pick up speed quickly,
so have your friends spot your turns and intersections for cars or, skate on deserted streets.
If you can't walk and survey the street you are going to skate, be careful for rocks that can ruin your day.
Use them as slalom poles and steer around them!

This is a quality skateboard that looks as cool as it performs!

I have only been using this board for a little bit so far but I believe it is safe to say it is very fun to use. The board is extremely stable(just be careful when turning, you have to position your feet right) and I am able to use it. For people with bad coordination looking to learn I recommend this board, I am in an engineering school and not an athlete for a reason.

My daughter requested a longboard for her 8th birthday. We got her the Surf One and she just loves it. It looks good, rides great, and is easy to manage for a kid her age.
