Amazon.com Product Description Essentially a scaled-down motocross bike with an electric motor, the Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket is ideal for pre-teens and teens (ages 12 and up) who want to enjoy the dirt bike experience without breaking the bank. Fun Bike! November 30, 2008 K. L. Gilchrist (Foster City, CA United States) Bought this for our son's 10th birthday. Wow! He started having fun right away! Easy to use and works very well. Will say my son is a bit small for his age and the bike fits him perfectly. Instructions indicate for 12 and up, but think by 12 years old, our son will need the next size bike.
worst money i ever spent November 2, 2008 dddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd (Dublin, Ireland) when i bought this motor bike i thought it was o.k.but suddenly the battery started to drop suddenly.later i found out that the rever on the electric bike had broken off.this electric motorbike bike was the worst money i ever spent .
review update: JUNK October 4, 2008 V S (Milwaukee WI) Customer service wouldnt warranty a bad rim for us, so I had to buy one...which was out of stock. So was every other part for it. I get the rim with tire, and THAT TOO bends the first day. I was watching my son on it, he's inder the weight limit and never hit anything on it. Next, the charger stopped operating. I'm an industrial electrician (same schooling as construction but more intense in motors and controls) so I checked it out. The battery wouldnt hold a charge and the charger doesnt output anything. so, its wheelless and in the corner of the garage. Total run time: 5 hours.
Important: Change in suspension September 6, 2008 Dad Of Three (Houston, TX) The MX350 that we bought in 2006 was outstanding. However, the one that we just bought doesn't have the flexible rear suspension that the earlier models had, which makes for a miserable rough ride for my child. This was a big mistake on behalf of Razor. Also, the travel on the throttle is essentially gone, it's now on/off, rather than adjustable speed. It's a shame that they removed these features and the bike isn't anything like it once was when it was in it's hayday.
the greatest electric bike July 20, 2008 Lori Weinberg we've had this bike for 2 years and the only part that we needed replaced was the battery charger and that was our fault. The battery lasts for a good 10 miles and this thing is sturdy. My 6 year old can't destroy it and that's a biggie......
