electric chopper January 15, 2007 A. Bickings (Cape Girardeau, MO.) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my son on his 9th birthday. He just received this item yesterday as a gift. He thinks its very cool. I noticed the box states ages 12+, but it is very, very small. I dont really know how a 12 yr old could fit on this. The battery does not last very long, and then it has to be recharged again. I'm not sure how durable its going to be yet, hopefully, it will hold up.
Lovin' his new ride January 11, 2007 V. Langone (California) We bought this for our 8 year old son for Christmas. He absolutely LOVES It! It goes just fast enough and is well designed for a comfortable ride. Brakes work very well. Riders need to start off slow and get a feel for the turn radius. Given the chopper style, long nose...quick tight corners usually mean you are in for a fall. I suggest getting a motorcycle style riding helmet for safety. Easy to put together... a no brainer. Well worth the cost. He told us he loves feeling the wind in his face, shirt sleeves flapping...I think we have started something I may not want to deal with as he gets older. Future Harley riders look out!
FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY January 11, 2007 Candlelynn R. Thomas (Garland,TX) I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. THE BIKE WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR OUR SON BUT THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVES IT. WE ALL TAKE TURNS RIDING IT AND IT IS AWESOME. I RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY AGE OVER 11.
Fast and Furious January 10, 2007 Meridith L. Kaplan (Melbourne, FL) This was a big hit for my 7 year old - but I didn't realize how fast he would be travelling and so low to the ground! No accidents yet - and I'm holding my breath - but this motorcycle seems to have a very tight turning radius due to the frame of the front tire! He loves it - I guess that is all that matters! Just hope the battery last and doesn't burn out before my son does!
My son loves his new ride! January 9, 2007 K. Faust (Georgia) My son got this for Christmas and rides it daily. It was easy to assemble and holds a charge for quite some time. We've had no issues with it at this point and really think it's worth the money. He thinks he's cool stuff cruising around on his bike!
