Will barely fit most cell phones. If you have anything besides a small flip phone, it might no fit. I have an EnV2 and it won't close with it in there so a wallet definately won't fit. On the other hand, a good size so that if you mount it to your bike, it won't get in the way. I like the material and the fact that it comes with a strap so you can carry it with you once you hop off your bike. secure closing and attachment.
Handy little pack, with a few shortcomings August 8, 2008

I bought the Handy E-Pack to carry my cell phone and iPod while out on my rides. The fact that it clips right to the bike stem is nice, and it's padded construction and hefty zipper make me feel safe putting my spending components in it. It even has a few pockets inside to stash a credit card or two and some cash. You won't be able to cram an entire wallets worth in there, but you should get enough.
One thing that isn't always clear from the description is that it does, indeed, come with all the hardware you need to mount it, which is nice. It also comes with a nifty detachable neck strap, so that you can easily take it with you when you stop for lunch or a quick bio-break.
On the down side, I wish the large zippered pocket had a double sided zipper, since the interior is not quite deep enough to fit either my 30gb iPod or my Blackberry Pearl. With some manhandling I can get the Pearl in far enough to zip it up, but a double zipper would have been a bit more convenient.
All in all, though, great bag!
