This innovative children's wagon comes with features galore. An easy-latch door opens to two contoured seats inside, with deep leg wells for plenty of foot room.There's storage under the hinged rear seat and holders for two cups or juice boxes in the side panel. Bought this with it's trailer. It came with the assembly parts kinda screwed up. It had an extra axle, extra cap nuts, but missing the trailer hitch and the hardware for it. I called Step Two, and talked to a woman there, explained what I needed, and was very satified with their help. I mentioned that it was a birthday present and I needed it by the weekend(it was Thursday) She said she'd try to get it to me as quickly as she could. I got it in Saturdays mail. I was extremely happy with the service I got. It was the best I've had from anywhere in a long time. The instructions should be read a few times before you try to assemble it. Not difficult, but some things should be thought out first. The wheels can be put on backwards, which I did, I put two on one way, two on the other way. Was glad it came with the extra cap nuts. I used two of em. Still had seven left over. I would buy one again, very tough outfit, the kids, and adults love it.

Chose this over the Radioflyer, after much research and consideration. Find it more maneuverable, lighter and the cute little door makes it easier on my back, not having to lift the growing kids in & out of it all the time! The kids really LOVE sitting in it, while we have our family outings to the zoo, the park, etc. Hubby & I enjoy watching the kids having so much fun it it, and so many times I've wished that I could fit in it too! Errr... actually, I CAN fit into it and it's so durable & sturdy, I HAVE actually SAT in it, but am embarrassed by the looks I get whenever I do that! :P
