Product Description For your young scooter enthusiast, there's the Little Red Scooter from Radio Flyer. This sturdy and sporty ride-on is sized just right for young riders and has added features that ensure safe and fun riding. The extra-wide wooden deck is covered with strips of grip tape to help children keep their footing. The scooter's solid, thick rubber wheels provide excellent balance and make for a smooth ride, and its grooved handle grips are easy for little hands to grasp. Plus, the handlebars are decked-out with sporty tassels that blow in the breeze as your child flies by. Also features a bell mounted to the handlebar and a Radio Flyer plate on the front. Measures approximately 24" x 9" x 27".

5-year-old loves this October 5, 2008 W. Murrell We purchased this for our son's fifth birthday in hopes it would be tall enough for him. The handlebar height is just fine. He has some developmental delays, so the big-kid scooters are just too much for him. He can handle this one quite well. He hasn't progressed to rolling along very fast yet, but he does love practicing on it so far and does get a bit of a roll going. I would certainly recommend it, especially for kids with some physical challenges or balance issues.
Great scooter for little ones! August 31, 2008 Ms. Tiffany Norton (Monroe, WA) Santa brought this for my son 5 years ago and now my 4 year old daughter uses it. It has held up great and works really well for younger kids because of the 3 wheel design. It's very stable and had treads to keep your feet from slipping. The size is just right for a 3-5 year old. I have even used it and it's really sturdy.
Heavy, hard to manoevre; it rots in the basement August 24, 2008 Mother Brown Grandma got this for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She was excited to get it, but we have barely used it. It is very heavy and hard for daughter to use. When we attempt to take it out, she rides it for a couple of blocks, then gets tired; then I end up having to schlepp it home. I wish we had the Micro Mini scooter instead, which daughter has tried at friends' houses; much lighter, better scooter; the two wheels at front is a much better design. Worth spending more for a better scooter, if you want it actually to be used.
Cute August 7, 2008 S. Milano (Columbus, GA) My son received this as a Christmas gift when he was 2 yrs. old. Good size to start out w/ and the bell is a big hit. Cute w/ the tassles and I like the fact that the bottom part is wood. Only dislike was that my son likes to ride it in the kitchen (we have a big one) and the wheels don't have any tread on them so it slips on the hardwood floor. Great for anywhere else & I would definitely recommend to others.
Wow!! What a great toy for my son!! July 23, 2008 mom of two I bought this last week used for my 18 month old son and he is zooming around like a pro. I love how easy it is for him to feel like a big boy on this great toy. The only downfall is that he has started peeling off the non-skid stickers. Other than that, it's great!
