| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description 3 years & up. Look! No magnets! Learn the alphabet as you catch a letter in the water. Cast your line using 4 poles and secure all 26 foam letters of the alphabet. The dense EVA foam actually floats so kids make an easy catch. Set includes 4 water activity different games.
Editorial Review Letter recognition, spelling, and manual dexterity blend together in this water-play fishing game. Children toss 96 foam letters into the tub or wading pool, tie the bait (a foam disk) onto the end of a fishing rod string (requires adult assistance), cast the line, and see what letter they can haul in. The bait and letters are made of foam so they stick together when they get wet. However, parents or children may have to use their hands to press the pieces together before they can successfully lift the letter out of the water. The letters can also be stuck to a bathtub wall to form words. The set includes four rods (for one to four players), eight bait disks, eight fishing rods, and 96 colorful letters. This game requires adult supervision. --Gail Hudson

Too hard for little hands March 8, 2007 Pamela Dickerman (Truckee, CA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Like some of the other reviews,I wasn't overly impressed with this product. The letters don't easily stick to the "rods". My kids to enjoy playing with these in the bath, but we can't use it for 'games' like we thought we would.
