 Lego Race for the Stolen Treasure Review (I couldn't think of a better title! :( October 30, 2008
This is a pretty neat Lego set, despite the fact that the treasure in this set is just an ordinary Lego trunk, minus the fact that it's gold. I have used this set many times in my movies. The Jeep is really cool with it's machine gun, and it's ability to withstand a drop off a cliff (my bed) and stay in one piece. (If you do this, however, it will probably land on the driver and in so doing, kill him. Oh well.) Do not ask me why I rated 5 on educational value. Most likely because this could be a good beginer's set. (I hope I spelled that right!!! LOL :P) This is definately a good set; worth the money.

Very cool WWII era Jeep and truck. Comes with 3 'German' troops, Indy and a horse. Mine was missing the cover for the back of the truck, but I contacted Lego and they replaced it within a week or so. Since Lego does not do military models, this is pretty close.

My son really liked this set. He got several lego sets for his Birthday but this was his favorite. The indiana Jones Legos are great for kids that want to build then play with the set. The vehicles really roll and can be played with after they are put together.

this is a great set it comes with indy and 3 germans. i smashed the main truck into the wall and it didn't break!
it was a little pricey for what it is but it is fun for a long time.

Despite my 3-star review I do really like this set. The vehicles are both very unique for Lego sets and match their movie counterparts really well. In addition to the truck and car, you get Indy and 3 soldier mini-figs. The vehicles went together really well and are fairly durable. And they just look great. They are unlike any other vehicle sets that I have built so far.
My reason for not giving the set 5 stars is based on price. As far as Lego sets go you don't get as much in this set as you do in other sets.
