Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Watch these furry, fuzzy lovable friends really warm up to you. Each one reacts to your moods and emotions. Watch it come to life once it feels comfortable with you -- its eyes open, its ears and hands pop out, and its legs raise up to meet the body. Be careful not to scare it though, or your Fuzz Luvz will shake nervously and revert to its original form. Decorate your pet's "fuzz" using the cute included accessories. After several days of play, this cute little animal even gives "birth" to a baby Fuzz! Requires four "AA" batteries, included. Measures approximately 4.5" tall.

3 out of 5 stars Fuzz Luvz- Cute if you can get them at a discount   October 5, 2008
Kris H. (St. Peters, MO)
Fuzz Luvz arrived completely sealed in "her" original packaging-rather beat up- but without any batteries (which were supposed to be included- that's noted on the side of the package). I wouldn't have known she didn't have any batteries except that when we pressed the "try me" button, nothing happened.
As this was a gift, we unboxed her, installed the batteries and tried her out. She did dance, purr and whirr and extended her antenna and arms while blinking loudly. It's cute, but as with most gifts like this, she'll likely entertain the little one for a few days... or at least until they get her to give up the obvious "baby fuzz" tucked up underneath her... and then be forgotten.
Worth it if you can get it at a discount. I wouldn't pay more than $25.

3 out of 5 stars Fuzz Luvz - not much to it for the price   January 14, 2008

I got this toy for my 6 year old daughter. I was disappointed with the limited interaction capabilities. After she played with it a little for several days I remembered my Furbies from several years back, pulled them out, put in new batteries and we were off. Fuzz Luvz cannot come close to the interactive fun you can have with Furbies. Overall a disappointing product for the price.

2 out of 5 stars Stubborn Fuzz   January 12, 2008

I gave Fuzz as an Xmas gift to my niece (age 3.5). We all tried to get that little rascal to perform but Fuzz was having none of it. It would move its eyes and purr a little, maybe extend its antennae?, ears? then curl right back up into a ball.

Perhaps hers was damaged out of the box, but my niece quickly became bored and irritated with Fuzz. She even tried to forcibly pull out Fuzz's appendages against its will.

It was kind of funny, really, a bunch of adults and kids trying to coax this hairball out of sleep; until I thought about all the loot I just dropped on it, and the fact that my niece was having a much better time with a stuffed doggie that cost about 1/5 as much.

1 out of 5 stars HUGE disappointment for the cost   January 2, 2008

If this had been a $10 toy then I would not be writing this review. HOWEVER, since I was one of the suckers that read how great these things are and bought one for $65, I am going to complain. This toy is nothing but a cheap Furby on legs. It is so boring that my 6 year old daughter doesn't even want to play with it. "Santa" took it out of the packaging to make sure it worked on Christmas Eve and then threw out the box, so it can't be returned. What a waste of money.
