The Bad: Small screen

In a Nutshell: Excellent learning tool, looks just like a real laptop

Ages: 6 and up
Requires: Four AA batteries (included) and headphones
Stylish Design
Designed to look just like a real laptop, this hands-on device features a back-lit screen and computer mouse. Cute, portable, and lightweight, the laptop is designed to let girls carry it with them wherever they go. The full-sized Qwerty keyboard and ergonomic mouse are specially designed for little fingers and are useful for teaching the youngsters how to type.

The Cyber Style laptop also has a high-resolution screen with grayscale graphics of the Bratz. For easy portability, it features a built-in handle so that little ones can carry it around just like a purse. The mouse plugs right into the side, and there is a headphone jack (headphones not included) for quiet play. Durably constructed with a fashion-forward style, this is a great learning tool to teach girls the basics of a computer.

Over 75 Educational Activities
Learning has never been more fun than with these fearless fashionistas. Eleven game categories in spelling, art, science, geography, grammar, music and much more keep girls entertained at any level. Nine foreign language activities give the little ones a head start on upper-level language curriculum. The Cyber Style laptop also has writing, mind benders, touch typing, and study breaks. For added amusement, the Bratz girls dance on the screen and sing songs in-between activities.

Cyber Test
This laptop toy gets an A for being stylish, durable, and educational. Although it isn't an actual computer, the Cyber Style laptop features an incredible likeness to the real thing. Parents can spare their costly PCs from child play and no longer have to worry about their kids navigating the Internet. This learning game has activities that range from academic to 100% fashion fun.

Best of all, as your child advances, she can choose from different play levels to meet her specific learning needs. Each activity is simple to play and engaging. Most games are designed for more than one player, so siblings can join in on the fun. At first, the screen seems small, but once you begin to play, the size becomes less noticeable. Kids can even change the screen contrast with the contrast button on the left side. The game sounds can be quite loud, but luckily this laptop has a volume control and headphone jack. Overall, the Cyber Style laptop is an excellent learning tool that teaches girls basic keystrokes and computer skills.

Show off your passion for fashion with Bratz dolls and accessories.

...my son bought this for his daughter...and raved about it...so I ordered a second one for another grandchild and she loves it...her mom and dad love it...and so do I...the amount of activities and the educational value...makes this an exceptional purchase...my grandddaughter uses it all the time...she's six and it's great that there are not only levels she can play now...but also levels she can play as she gets older...now that's a great value...

5 out of 5 stars Best Toy Santa Could have brought.   January 18, 2008
Pelg0 (So. Calif)
This was a great item (actually 2). I had looked for the perfect Xmas present for my daughters, and really wanted to stay away from toys. They have an excess of toys. THey are 7 & 6 and really enjoy Bratz. So when I spoted this item at a retailer for $[...] I purchased it. But after some thinking that my girls would have a difficult time sharing, I decided to search online for a different style of Brat laptop. Not successful (found others at outrageous prices), I did see that Amazon not only offered them for a much lower price [...], I decided that I could buy 2 of them. Xmas morning came and they were so happy and excited. They play with them on a daily basis. My neice, who recieved a pricey Nintendo DS for Xmas was more interested in the much lower priced Laptop. So expensive does not mean child will enjoy. I have since purchased a 3rd laptop for my neices b-day and she was so happy. That nintendo took a back seat to the Laptop. So this is a great investment which you child will see as a toy, but truly is an educational toy.

4 out of 5 stars GOOD EDUCATIONAL TOOL   January 17, 2008
Cheryl M. Gunderson (VanCleve, IA USA)
This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The day she got it, something on the mouse was broken and had to be taped, but she said she can play with it anyway. Would be nice if it had a bigger screen. Overall, I am satisfied.
