4 out of 5 stars Bear bounty   January 6, 2009
Don (Santa Barbara, CA)
The Glo-E Magical Bear was a Christmas gift for my two and a half year old granddaughter and immediatley became one of her favorite gifts (among literally a wall of other presents). The bear followed her everywhere -- to playtime, to meals, to bed, on trips. She caught on to the wand immediately (didn't seem inclined to use the foot button) and she seemed to be endlessly fascinated by the changing colors. For whatever reason she refused to name the bear; she preferred to simply call it "bear". So be it; it was still a great success. So far, some ten days after the bear was turned on, the batteries are still holding up. An altogether successful item.

5 out of 5 stars Great for Bedtime   September 2, 2008
Sherri H. Bader (Eldora, IA)
My 7 year -old daughter loves her Glo-E bear. She doesn't play with him during the day, but at bedtime she always snuggles with him and is soothed by watching his soft, ever-changing lights. After a few minutes the light show is over, and my daughter is sleeping in a dark room.

5 out of 5 stars It's magical alright!   June 12, 2008
M. Folkes (MD)
My son is 3 months I bought this bear, book and wand knowing that the bear and wand would catch his attention the book not so much he's only 3 months he's not intreastead in story time yet. When he wakes up in the middle of the night I simply turn on the bear with the wand and feed him his bottle while he watches the bear turn colors. It calms him and he easily falls back to sleep after his bottle. I also use this as a night light too...It's excellent. And the wand is even better for those lazy moms who don't fee like getting up or walking.

5 out of 5 stars Glo-E Magical Bear is a hit with 2 year olds!   April 12, 2008
G. Bovara (Chandler, AZ USA)
I bought this bear as a gift for my friend's 2-year-old daughter, and she loved it. The glowing fur looks very neat and she was captivated the minute it came out of the box. It was actually quite a bit larger than it looked in the pictures. I can see why this bear would be useful for a wide range of ages - I think it is a great gift and would buy again for other children.

5 out of 5 stars Glo-E Bear...Love it!!!!!!   April 11, 2008
I purchased this bear for my 4 year old daughters birthday. She specifically asked for this. I did not know anything about this bear. When I received this toy, much to my surprise it was so cute and cuddly, but best of all I loved how it lit up in many different colors. This bear is a real lifesaver at night, when my daughter goes to bed. She presses his hand to light him and falls asleep soundly. I love it and so does she.
