Product Description The Doggy Doctor playset brings silly veterinarian play to life as children nurse their sick puppy back to health. Load the modeling compound inside and press the little pooch's tongue that sticks out for his check-up. Look him over for earwax and ticks, mold doggy toys like a fun bone or old sock, or mold teeth and bandages to fix Fido up till he's fine. There's a pretend first aid kit and stethoscope - even a play syringe you can use to fill your molds with modeling compound. Move his leg, and he wags his tail, cause when you play with this creative vet set, the prognosis is always fun.Playset comes with three 3-ounce cans of modeling compound, head, right ear, left ear, right rear leg, tail, play syringe, syringe plunger, tweezers, first aid kit and stethoscope.

Play-Doh Doggy Doctor November 1, 2008 Veronika Vakhmyanina (Russia) For children it is very interesting toy to play. As they can play with it in various ways, to treat, to play with plasticine for a long time.
Disappointing March 18, 2008 K. Woods (Austin, TX) I was a little disappointed in this. My 3 year old loves play-doh and couldn't wait to play doctor. Unfortunately he needed tons of help! The dog's head constantly falls off, play-doh gets stuck in the ears and the syringe. We usually end up pushing the dog aside and playing with the instruments. There are much better play sets out there!
Disappointed...... February 10, 2007 Farmer Kyle We bought this for our 3 year-old and were disappointed. She still needs help with it over a year and a half later! The head is hard to push down, she can't extract the wax from the ears, the molds are pretty much a joke. Then, when she is done with it, I have to spend 20 minutes getting all of the play-doh out of it, because if it dries up there is a very slim chance of ever getting it out! I gave it 2 stars because the concept is great...she enjoys trying to make the "doggy better" but the engineering is in need of improvement.
I've seen better December 15, 2006 Mommy in Mo. (Missouri) Did anybody else get the teeth mold with theres? It says on the front and back of box MOLD TEETH how or where do you do that? I found the dog hard to use by a 4 & 5 year old, even thought it says for ages 3+ The head of the dog is constantly falling off and using the syringe is also very hard to push play doh out of. The colors the put in the set were not the best either neon pink, neon green & white. I've contacted Hasbro about the Teeth mold and they wont reply. It says mold many items... bandaids, fleas, socks, slippers, bones, but where's the TEETH?
One of the best concepts I've seen! November 10, 2006 Scott Baret (Pittsburgh, PA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
When I was a lad I had a ton of Play Doh. There weren't too many applications for it back in the day--just those little machines you could make shapes and "spaghetti" with. There was also a little toy I had called a Doctor Kit. It had little plastic bandages and pretend medical equipment to play with. Now the two toys, both classics, are combined into a very well thought out and educational toy, and with the addition of another branch as well! When I was young we had an ancient dog who was at the vet a good deal. However, at the time there were few toys to actually place a child in the role of a vet. This one does just that, and does so by integrating Play Doh into the picture. While there are obvious ways to play with this, it can also spark creativity and imagination--a child could put their own sick dog into this picture and only focus on what was actually wrong with him or her. The price is good on this as well--this is an incredible bargain that is sure to keep kids entertained for hours! For anyone who loves dogs and Play Doh, this is a must!
