I got this as an add on for my 4 year old grandson to go with his My Own Learning Leap Interactive Friend. He loved it and it helped him adjust to the idea of having a new little sister. He's a rough and tumble little guy, but partly because of this toy, he's learned a lot about being a gentle big brother.
