Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
This teapot over for magic pouring sounds, or presses the lid to hear a tea time tune. Set includes four cups, saucers and spoons, plus a creamer and sugar bowl with lid, and a tray for serving treats. It requires two replaceable button-cell alkaline batteries, which are included

Editorial Review
Every child should have a tea set somewhere in the toy box, not just for feeding favorite dollies and teddies, but also for practicing tea-party manners before a special party or dinner. This molded plastic set is made with the thoughtful design and extra-durable materials of most Fisher-Price toys, with the added bonus of a jolly musical teapot. It plays "I'm a Little Teapot" when the top of the lid is pressed, and also provides a "magical" chiming noise when the pot is poured (requires two button-cell batteries; included). The set includes four teacups in pastel shades, matching saucers, a sugar bowl, a creamer, and four white spoons. Everything fits onto a sturdy lavender tray with large handles and a built-in stand for the teapot. --Marcie Bovetz

5 out of 5 stars Still Loves it After 2 years!!!   November 13, 2008
Geoffrey A. Schlottman (Tokyo, Japan)
My daughter is 5 years old and received her Tea set for Christmas 2 years ago. She loves playing house and I am absolutely amazed at how well this set still looks. She still plays with it (which is a rare thing nowadays!). I would highly recommend it! The little song is adorable and she is still thrilled every time it sounds off when she pours her "tea"! Great, durable toy!

5 out of 5 stars Great Tea Set   November 12, 2008

We bought this tea set when our daughter was 18 months old and she loved it. She is now 3 years old and still plays with it daily.

5 out of 5 stars Tea Party Every Night...   September 29, 2008
Isabella's Mom (Tennessee)
I gave this to my daughter last Christmas, she is almost 3 now and loves it. She plays with it every night. She has a tea party with our golden retreiver just before bedtime. The only negative is that when the tea pitcher gets knocked over it plays a very annoying tune until you sit it upright. I'm not sure there is any auto-off feature.

It's very cute and sits on a little table in her room. Very colorful and sturdy. Keep your eyes open on price though, I've seen it on here from $[...] but only paid $[...] by waiting till the price dropped. Now I see it is back up to $[...] again.

5 out of 5 stars Great little tea set   September 15, 2008

I purchased this for my 18 month old daughter to have as a surprise when we arrived in the US. (That way I didn't have to bring a lot of toys with me.) From the minute I unpacked it she was in love. She made tea for her Grandpa and played with this everyday. She loves the music and while it can be a bit monotonous it makes her happy and isn't too loud. I am not too bothered about the holes in the cups as I do not really want her sloshing water around the house and I do not want to encourage that. In looking at the holes I don't think that it would be a problem to fill them up with hot glue and that would solve that problem. Love this toy and at 10.99 you can't beat the quality!! What great value for money.
