4 out of 5 stars Good doll but holds water after bath   September 15, 2008
Rhonda (Tampa, FL USA)
My daughter loves taking this doll in the bath with her. The only problem is that it retains water and must be left to drip dry before she can continue playing with it. I've tried squeezing all the water out but there seems to be always some left in it. Other than that, this doll is wonderful, very well made.

4 out of 5 stars Good doll with a small problem   February 13, 2008

This doll did help my 2.5 year old daughter potty train. However "Emma" does leak when the doll sits up. The directions say she will only go potty when her belly is squeezed, but she does leak water while sitting there. If you don't mind the mess the doll helps with the concept of potty training.

My two year old daughter loves this doll, and she was very excited to teach "Baby Emma" to use the potty. Highly recommend.

4 out of 5 stars Purchased for Potty Training   December 29, 2007

I'll keep it brief. I bought this doll simply to potty train my now two year old. I knew it was a little early to start potty training, but I wanted her to be familiar with Emma so wnen we really started training, she'd feel like a mommy training her baby. The doll is very durable and can get into the tub too. She's very simply dressed, but there are other clothes available for her. Most importantly, she doesn't "wet" until you press her tummy so if you're looking a doll that will eliminate on command, then this is it. Nothing to break, very little stuff to lose so it can easily be passed on to another child.

3 out of 5 stars very nice doll but didn't help with potty training   November 17, 2007

smells great, is very cute and i love the fact that it tinkles in the potty or diaper, i thought it would help to potty train my daughter, but she lost interest quickly and it didn't train her at all...she does like to take baths with it...you have to make sure, like other wet toys, that you drain the water daily so it doesn't get yuchy...not worth the expensive price tag in my opinion...
