GREAT TOYS March 27, 2008 Rachel (Louisiana) My daughter loves these turtles for bath time. They float great and don't hold water to worry over mildew or mold.
less at target... February 28, 2008 T. Frizzell (N. Waterboro, ME) I bought these to replace all the awful little squirting toys that mildew, even if you squeeze all the water out every time. These were 8.99 at Targ&t, and the only thing I don't like about them so fat is the one with the red spinning thing does get some water in it under the ball, and I have yet to determine whether it's in the turte itself or only under the ball if you know what I mean...
really cute...not well designed! February 25, 2008 Amanda L. Halpin (Columbus, ohio United States) I too thought these were really adorable and was very excited for my daughter to play with them at bath time. However, I was saddened to find out that they are very poorly designed. First of all, they float upside down the majority of the time and second they get alot of condensation inside of them...which makes me worry that the interior area that I CANNOT see may be full of mildew. Cute idea...but I think the company needs to rethink the design a bit!
Fun in the Tub December 28, 2007 J. Hanks (Salt Lake City UT) My 1 yr old loves these toys! They float on either side, are colorful, and cute. Bought them on a whim and I'm glad I did. Antoher plus is they don't have small holes where water can get trapped, like some of the bath toys.
Chinese painted toys, but no recall announced yet... November 9, 2007 Honeydog (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are nice toys and the kids like them, but they are made of painted plastic from China. They might be safe, but I tell my kids to keep them out of their mouths just in case. Oh, and while they are nice toys outside the tub as well, they do dribble water for up to a day after bath time.
