4 out of 5 stars even girls like it   November 18, 2008
Wifey (Maine)
My 6 year old daughter played (and played and played) with this toy at a boy's birthday party. The mom had drawn a target on their glass door and had a shooting range for prizes. She was the only girl but she loved the whole military-style playing. Normally she is very "girly" and demure and plays with ponies and Barbies, so was I ever surprised! She ran around with them covertly hiding seeking the opposing team, had fun loading the darts, loved watching the darts fly around the room, and had an all out blast. For this reason, I've been holding on until Christmas to get her one for herself!

2 out of 5 stars A stupid target!   February 9, 2008

This was fun for a few days. All it really does is make dumb "explosions" and pethetic music from its low quality speaker. When you hit it, it makes stupid and ridiculously childish explosion sounds and also childish sounds. Its some what fun, but its childish sounds make it peathetic.

5 out of 5 stars Nerf Target game   December 26, 2007

I bought one for each of my grandsons. One is 8 years, 2 are 7 years & one is 5 years. They love this. They play with the gun without the target sometimes. They really have a lot of fun with this.

4 out of 5 stars family fun   December 9, 2007

This thing shoots surprisingly far at surprisingly good accuracy. The dart is very well cushioned that there's no risk of hitting someone bad even at close range.
