5 out of 5 stars NOT compatible with v. smile CYBER pocket   October 21, 2008
G. Anvil (Palmer, Alaska United States)

I love the v.smile systems...but just to let you all know, so you don't make the same mistake I did. I ordered this thinking that it would be compatible with my children's v.smile CYBER pocket, well it's not. as far as I know the one that is for the cyber pocket is not available online as of yet. I hope that this helps all you looking to see if this is the correct power pack, I sure wish that if someone else had made the mistake of ordering this posted a comment, would have saved me time and disappointment.

5 out of 5 stars Worth it   July 17, 2008
ColoMom (Littleton, CO USA)
VTech must've worked out the bugs because we haven't had any problems with ours. Easy to use, no juggling 'just so' to get it to work. Easy enough that our 4 year old can set his V.Smile on the charger when he knows the battery is low. Highly recommend purchasing this product if you have the V.Smile Pocket system.

5 out of 5 stars Necessity for the VSmile Pocket   January 27, 2008

We bought this for our 3 1/2 year old daughter along with the VSmile Pocket for Christmas. She loves the VSmile so it is great just having the battery charger. The batteries when charged last a long time. It is a lot better than having to constantly change the batteries.

4 out of 5 stars Batteries are better   December 29, 2007
K. Campbell (AllenTX)
You have to be very careful putting the v-smile pocket on it and even if you do it might lose connection when you're not looking. It lasted a year and a half (not bad) and now we're back to batteries. We've found that the lithium batteries last just as long as the charge for this product so we've invested in rechargable batteries and are much happier.

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful for V-Smile Pocket   October 2, 2007

I didn't have any problems with it right out of the box, other than the battery cover being meant for a different model V-Smile Pocket, which I resolved by putting the old one back on... a little tricky, as the part the docking station connects to, on the battery door you had to push back on where the holes are, but no problem... I had it hooked up and charging in less than a minuteV Tech - V.Smile Pocket Power Pack
