3 out of 5 stars Short life of initial charges, may get better over time.   November 25, 2008
J. T. Zemp
So I got this thinking it was a good deal, but when I got it home and started using it, the first few charges were weak-sauce. It would only take about 4 pics using a flash per charge. I know the batteries need conditioned first, but that seemed a little low to me. The batteries seem to be performing better now, but I haven't done any testing to see by how much.

The charger is great, though. It senses when the batteries are charged and turns off, it has a built-in fan to keep the batteries cool. It is well-designed and functional.

1 out of 5 stars Duracell CEF90NC 30 Minute Charger with 4 AA NiMH Rechargeable Batteries   September 17, 2008
A. Thomas (MA USA)
The batteries are really in bad condition. Even if its completely drained its not charging for more than 5 to 10 minutes and so its not possible to use it even for a single day in my camera. I am not able to take more than 60 to 70 photos using these batteries. I tried the charger with another set of duracel NIMH batteries and the charger is working fine.

5 out of 5 stars Does what it says   August 27, 2008
Mary Szymczyk (Cleveland OH USA)
I have other battery chargers but they take all night to charge the batteries. This does it in less than 30 minutes. Great product.

5 out of 5 stars This is my second one   August 25, 2008
Phyllis M. Adams (Maine)
I purchased this recharable set and used it for quite some time. Never had a problem...sometimes the batteries charged in less time then stated. Bought a different brand as a gift and they threw it out as it quit working not long after using it.
Long story short, house burnt down, lost this item and when I got a new camera, right away I purchased this again. Don't mess with other brands, stick with this and you won't be disappointed.

4 out of 5 stars For Duracell Only   July 30, 2008
Kenneth A. Attorri
Great charger, works exactly as advertised. I tried to charge non-Duracell batteries in the charger with limited success. Recommend you use only Duracell batteries in the charger.
