Product Description Think you've mastered Bop It' Think again! Now you can Bop It! Twist It! Pull It! Spin It! Flick It! to a mix of four different music styles. Plus, the longer you play, the more the beats evolve and change. Can you keep up and Bop It to the Pop, Rock, Latin and R&B beats. Plug in your headphones or speakers and Bop It to yourself or play it out loud. You'll unlock new beats the longer you play, so as the tempo ramps up and the action revs, try to keep up. Features three games in two modes for six exciting ways to play. Requires 3 "AA" alkaline batteries (not included). Product may vary slightly from item shown.
Editorial Review Even electronic toys have gone extreme. Kids love the original Bop It, an electronic toy that challenges response time to pull, twist, and bop different parts of the toy. The extreme version adds two more tasks, more sounds, and a taunting, smart-aleck announcer who directs the game. As you get better, the game moves faster until you miss a beat and lose, accompanied by a fair amount of noise and ridicule from the toy. People who don't think they'd ever want to play Bop It Extreme won't be able to put it down; it instills a compulsive need to bop till you drop. It can be played in a group and makes a good party game--even for serious adults. --Lynne Sampson

20.00 in UK November 13, 2008 Hugh Trowell (UK) This is a wonderful toy & has been used exhaustively by our children (and is just as much fun for inebriated adults!). I wanted to buy one for a nephew in the US but was staggered by the price. Even at today's poor :$ rate, this should be no more than $30.00 new. - Currently 14.99 on Amazon.co.uk reduced from 19.99. Someone is taking you guys for a ride asking $200!
great family fun September 20, 2008 Shalonda Johnson (springfield,ma) i had this game when i was younger. and now i share it with my kids. we love it and play it almost everyday. its great hand coordination too for adults and kids
Longest Lasting Toy I've Ever Bought August 9, 2007 mom5oma6 (Texas) Being a Mom of 5 and Oma of 6 (well, #6 is on the way), I have bought a LOT of toys! My son (now 15) got this toy about 6 years ago and it is still going strong! Everyone has played with this toy over the years. My son actually beat the thing about a year ago (if you get to 200 without missing, it ends). That is the only thing that has ended his playing with it. I like playing it too, it keeps your reflexes sharpened. My 7 yr. old grandson has a very short attention span and has difficulty following instructions, but he LOVES this game. We gave him the smaller version and he played with it a lot until it did break. I'll be getting this one for him for his 8th birthday. I think it really helps him in both listening and hand/eye coordination. Very, very durable, easy & fun to play, difficult to master. A great toy.
We Love Bop It Extreme January 13, 2007 Theresa M. Oppermann We bought Bop It Extreme for my 6 year old grandson. It was the only thing he asked Santa Clause for. He can play Fox Bop or Beat Bop. Now the whole family is hooked on the game. I could not believe the low price, and how quickly I received it. I checked all the stores and could not find it. I'm so thankful that you had it in stock. My grandson was so happy on christmas day when he opened his gift and saw his game. It is a memory I will never forget. Thank you.
didn't work & discontinued January 10, 2007 D. Barry 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
We bought this for my daughters friend as a birthday gift. After giving it in the original package, my daughter asked how the Bop It was and discovered it didn't work. Contacting the company directly they found it had been discontinued so was "traded" for a different toy.
