My kids love this November 25, 2008 Paige C. Polk (Clinton, Ms) We own 2 of this products. My son got his when he was 5 and my daughter got her's when she was 3. They are both still using it and loving it. My son is now 7 so we might have to think about a MP3 player, but this was worth every dime. We didn't use the songs from the Fisher Price store though....we used CDs of our own and put them on the players. Over the years we have taken off and added more songs. The speakers that can be purchased separatley are also a great buy. My suggestion is to use your own cds...cost less and the kids love it more. This is has been a life saver on vactions, airplane rides, and long car rides. WE LOVE IT
Wonderful gift October 25, 2008 Arthu P. Fortunato Fisher Price Kid Tough FP3 Song & Story Player - Pink I would definitely recommend this product to you for you little one. We got this FP3 player for my little one who just had a B-Day. It works on Vista unlike previous post. Just contact Fisher Price for the the Vista download after purchase. It is simple and easy.
Yes it does work on vista September 24, 2008 P. Horne (Atlanta, Ga) Call fisher price customer service and they will email you the updated software. It works great!!!! My daughter is so excited!!!
Kids love but I wouldn't recommend September 17, 2008 D. TERRY My 3 year old daughter received this for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. It's very easy for kids to operate. As I was installing the software she had already figured out how to work it to listen to the preinstalled stories and songs. On the other hand, the software is junk. My computer and the player would both say it was connected but the software would not recognize the player at all. I could not find anything helpful on the fischer price website about how to fix the problem. I have all kinds of music I had downloaded for her from Wal-mart downloads and from the disney website but I would have to transfer it to a cd then back into the computer before it would go into the software library. This is more trouble than whats its worth so I'm just going to return this and buy her a real mp3 player. I would not recommend unless you have the paience to figure it out. Hope this is helpful.
Works Great and Easy to Use September 3, 2008 Carrie Field (Seattle) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my 2 & 1/2 year old for a long plane ride. I was leary after the reviews in how hard the software was but to anyone who owns an IPod this is no different. It is easy to use and so is the software and the website is great. It all makes sense. I was also very happy to see how "tuff" this kid's toy is. Very durable I would recommend it for long car rides or planes so you can get some rest too.
