D. Knerr (Lutz, FL USA)
Very beautiful Barbie doll with a message. It is most certainly a collector doll. The dress she is wearing is very pretty and her overall look was exquisite. I was very impressed for the price! Excellent price and fast delivery as well. I would most certainly recommend this doll to any Barbie Collector!

2 out of 5 stars Dress in not Removable?   October 20, 2008

I didn't actually buy this doll. I'm adding this review because of the lady that said the dress was very hard to get off. It doesn't say that on Amazon but I was on a different site selling this doll and the ad said "costume is not removable" [...]. So, I didn't buy the doll for my Grandaughter. She likes to change the clothes. Hope this helps. I'd hate to see little girls ruining the dress trying to get if off!

5 out of 5 stars Mattel aids the American Heart with this beautiful doll.   August 31, 2008
Victoria Tarrani (Betwixt FL and CA, USA)
Last year, Mattel donated part of the profit from the pink ribbon doll to the Breast Cancer Association. This year, they created another gorgeous doll and will share proceeds with the American Heart Association.

The dolls are delicate in appearance, but they are also in the play line so they are sturdy and will hold up for your child to play with her.

Fashion Fever, Model Muse, Barbie, and most fashions fit them out of the package. The newest patterns make clothes with a perfect fit. The older patterns (from the 60's - 80's) are designed for the doll with the larger bustline, but there is a plethora of patterns for these wonderful beauties.

She comes to you wearing a red velveteen and chiffon Mermaid gown, red shoes, and beautifully soft hair. Plus, you know that you are also donating some of the money to the American Heart Association.

In my family we have had cancer survivors, heart attack survivors, and so I found these two dolls excellent as a reminder that "it can happen to anyone," and to the loved ones I've lost to the diseases.

What is wonderful about the playline dolls is that they are not expensive; you can have one for yourself and your child. You learn an amazing amount of information when you play dolls with your girls.

5 out of 5 stars Very pretty Barbie   July 5, 2008

The Barbie is a very pretty doll, like her face. The dress is stylish and gives the feeling of flowing.
All in all enjoy this doll.
