It seems like any toy that's designed to last years instead of weeks costs a ton of money. That's true of these if you bought each set individually at the store. The bulk box of these is a steal.

I had received the Dora Talking House for free, but it came with only two pieces of furniture, so I wanted to get more. Department stores have each room set for $10, so getting the ENTIRE house set for less than $25 was exciting. Not sure, but I think I may be more excited with this find than my 1 1/2 year old daughter!

Bought this set, along with the Dora Talking Dollhouse, for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. She absolutely loves it and plays with it all the time.

I am a speech therapist in a school and I use this toy to foster increased language use while playing. My kids absolutely love this toy and ask to play with it all the time. It really allows their imaginations to get working.

I would recommend buying the 6 room furniture set for the dollhouse. For the price, you get more for your money. Purchasing seperate furniture sets cost around 10.00 per set. These are very durable and the children love Dora.
