Product Description
Play with water, colors and shapes without making a mess! Each block holds a different color of water. Blocks can be stacked and positioned so colors blend. Teaches children about color mixing. Includes three 4" wide square blocks and three 5.5" wide semicircle blocks. Safe, non-toxic components. Toys are coated with safe, non-toxic and child-friendly colors. Constructed of chemical-free rubberwood that have ceased yielding latex. Woods are carefully kiln-dried to avoid pests and bacteria. These innovative blocks teach children not just how to build shapes, but how to build one color on top of another to create a third beautiful hue!

4 out of 5 stars Secondary colors disappointing   October 8, 2008
Naomi's mom (Sunnyvale, CA USA)
The yellow and blue mix well to produce a nice green color. However, the other color combinations just produce a darker or lighter red. Otherwise they are beautifully and solidly constructed, and held our 6 month old's interest well. There's still room for improvement!

5 out of 5 stars Unique and stimulating toy   September 30, 2008
Ruth mama (Lexington, KY USA)
My son has enjoyed these toys in many ways since I got them for him when he was 12 months old. He has enjoyed watching the rounded ones rock and slosh. Now, at 20 months, he loves looking through them at different angles, presumably testing the difference between the colored and clear view. As his mastery of color increases, I know he will enjoy layering them to make secondary colors. We often use them with regular blocks, and I know they are destined to become windows. We have not yet subjected them to very rough play, but the water chambers have thick walls and seem very durable. My one disappointment is that the colored water is topped with air rather than oil, which would make for much slower, more vivid wave action when rocked.

I have two year old twins and they love these blocks! They especially like to look through them to get a different color perspective of the room. Totally worth the money! Great quality! I only wish there were green blocks in this set.

5 out of 5 stars Great Blocks!   November 7, 2006

I bought these for my 1 year old last year and he loved them. These were great because the colors and water captured and held his interest. These blocks helped teach my son his colors and now that he's a little older, he loves to build with them. My only complaint is that I wish there were more in a box.

5 out of 5 stars The little guy loves it   April 9, 2003

My son is almost a year old and thinks these are just about the neatest thing. He'll have even more fun with them when he is old enough to make building with his building blocks and can integrate these as windows.
