Product Description
Before they were fully grown, the Disney Princesses were sweet young girls who loved to do the things that all little girls like to do. Now your child can have a tea party with Little Princess Belle and her friends, Mrs. Potts and Chip. This interactive doll can converse with your child while "sipping" tea, and sing a song in response to your child's actions. Requires 3 "AAA" batteries and 3 "LR44" batteries, included. Measures 15" tall.

Amazon.com Product Description
Before she was fully grown and swept away by a handsome beast, Belle was a sweet young girl who probably loved to do the same things that all little girls enjoy. Now your little princess can have a tea party with Little Princess Belle and her friends, Mrs. Potts and Chip. The 15-inch-tall Belle is interactive, so as you "pour" tea from Mrs. Potts into your Chip cup, Belle will ask to have some as well. And then she'll use a few of her seven phrases to tell you how she prefers her tea prepared. When you lift your cup (pinky out!) to slowly sip your tea, Belle will magically raise her cup and drink, too. Before you know it, you'll be laughing and singing -- because Belle has a special tea time song that she shares with her friends. The 11-piece tea set includes a cup for Belle, sugar cubes, a spoon, and more.

Belle Tea Set
The 15" Belle doll and an 11-piece tea set are included.

1 out of 5 stars Awfull!   July 3, 2008

My daughter got this doll for her birthday after months of asking for it. She got to play with it for about two days before it totally quit. The tea set and sensor are too sensitive and are VERY slow thus loosing the childs interest very quickly. If I had known it was so slow before hand we would not of purchased it.
She does still play with the tea set though with other dolls just not the 40$ doll it was bought to go with!

4 out of 5 stars Cute~Our 4 yr old LOVED IT!!   May 25, 2008
Mom of 4 (Kansas City, MO)
We got this for our 4 yr old for Christmas and she really loved playing with Belle. Every now and then I see her bring it out, but when she does she plays with it for quite awhile. I only wish that Belle said more things. There aren't enough phrases for this to be a 5 star toy. However everything else works just like it says. Belle picks up her tea cup to drink when my daughter picks hers up. Belle asks for more tea, sugar and sings a song. I'd give this toy 5 stars if it just said more to keep my daughter's interest a little longer. [....]

4 out of 5 stars SUPER CUTE!   May 21, 2008
S. Mckone (MI USA)
This doll is adorable! I got this for my niece on her 3rd birthday and it was easy for her to work once I showed her how. Now she, and her 4 1/2 year old sister, play with this doll daily. I found the little song Belle sings to be cute and Belle's voice is also easy to listen to. It's not whiny like some doll voices can be. There are times that Belle will ask or suggest something that my niece has just done (like add sugar to the tea) but then my niece just says "We just DID that Belle! You're silly!" and laughs. I can say that this is perfect for young girls. I would not expect a child over 5 or 6 to be entertained by it for long. But it is great for the 3-6 range.

4 out of 5 stars Tea time   March 1, 2008

This toy gets monotonous for mom and dad but your little princess will really enjoy playing with Belle. Only thing that it lacks is a more tea cups so you can enjoy the tea party with them. My daughter always tries to share with us but there are only two cups, small one in Belle's hand and the one Chip cup.

4 out of 5 stars bella belle   January 22, 2008

i usually purchase toys that demand a little more imagination than this, but my daughter wanted it so badly for so long. it was a good purchase. to see her interact with Belle is truly precious, and the 3 of us will even have a tea party together! i was surprised that it didn't say more than it does, but it's still fun!
